A. VISION
The Community Extension Service Office envisions itself to ensure optimization of collaboration among administrators, faculty, staff and students in their involvement in promoting quality life to the client communities.
B. MISSION
The CESO commits itself to enhance synergy, creativity, and complementarity with the various Colleges’/Departments of the institution in the implementation of their extension programs with the partner communities.
C. GOALS
Community Extension Service Office (CESO), the social arm of the College in the alleviation of the plight of the poor communities vowed to realize these goals:
1. Build alliance and networking with the existing GO’s and NGO’s within and outside Olongapo and nearby municipalities;
2. Identify sectoral groups and/or poor communities within Olongapo and nearby municipalities;
3. Conduct baseline analysis to the potential community/ies to be adopted;
4. Organize communities and sectoral groups;
5. Educate the organized sectoral groups and communities through seminars and workshops enhancing their capabilities;
6. Implement socio-economic, political, environmental issues and activities. Identify adult, out of school youth (OSY), and children for education and skills enhancement re: Computer Literacy, General Electricity, Electronics, and other education-related and promotional program of the College;
7. Conduct health and nutrition activities to the adopted barangay/sectors such as: Medical/Dental mission, feeding, etc.

AGENCY’S CLIENTELE
The beneficiaries of SCCECFI’s programs and services shall be the poor communities within and outside Olongapo City.
